Welcome to Cappadocia Balloon Tours. By booking a hot air balloon flight or any related services through our website or authorized partners, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. General Agreement

  • These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Cappadocia Balloon Tours (“the Company”) and the customer.
  • By completing a booking, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations can be made via website, phone, or authorized agents.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Prices are listed in EUR or TRY unless otherwise stated.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate details during booking.
  • Arriving late to the meeting point will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
  • Medical conditions must be disclosed before the flight.

4. Safety & Eligibility

  • The Company may refuse service if a passenger is unfit to fly.
  • Children under 6 years old and pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
  • Passengers must follow the pilot’s instructions at all times.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling follow our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Flights may be canceled by the Company due to weather or operational concerns. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Flights depend on weather conditions and carry inherent risks. The Company cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations beyond its control. Liability is limited to the amount paid. The Company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

7. Insurance

All flights include mandatory passenger insurance under Turkish aviation law. This covers personal injury but not lost items. Guests are advised to purchase additional travel insurance.

8. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Turkish law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey.
